Fairly clean hotel, lovely friendly staff on check-out. Breakfast with a freshen up then free drinks from 5 till 7 and also lovely tea. Well laid out rooms with nice view and access to Traders Lounge, for example, superb breakfasts. Favourable location, to the landmark. Again, walking distance to Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

There were a few issues with staff training during check-in, and breakfast could get quite crowded. It was a pleasant experience with great amenities, perfect for families and leisure travelers.

What impressed me most was the room with a view of the Patrons. They gave us a room on the 33rd floor, one of the last ones, view from the window of the room was incredible, spectacle. location is very good. We were only there for one night, because it's a connection, it's right next to the Patronas shopping centre and 700 m from the Pavillon shopping centre, where you can find affordable shops and endless restaurants. Because of the heat and humidity, you can reach these malls without stepping on the street, through underground and over-the-road walkways that are air-conditioned. hotel restaurant is very good, as is the breakfast buffet. I WOULD REPEAT WITHOUT HESITATION.
The only thing is that we had to pay 80 euros extra to stay in the room until 5 pm, as our flight was leaving at night, which I think is a bit excessive.

This is a really good hotel and very close to the twin towers and shopping, the staff, Ronaldo especially, were extremely helpful. The rooms were modern clean and spacious.
The swimming pool is somewhat enclosed on the top floor so no outside sun bathing

A little bit of regulation, not too bad, but not as good as it might seem. I really don't have anything particularly good to point out
from the photos and comments this hotel is sold because of its proximity to the petronas towers and superb views from the terrace. Regarding the first thing ok, it is close to the towers, NOT so close. Walking from the subway there are about 12 minutes and you have to cross the park, roll you do not see. Neither it has such a good location nor the views from its bar are so spectacular. swimming pool looks very good, because of the spectacular photos and then it turns out to be a pool, two streets and long, it is in the same bar, that there are people coming from outside to see the towers and of course, you do not want much, it breaks you like all the intimacy, you can not enjoy it. room was a little small and bathroom was not especially large. truth is that I was expecting a lot more. breakfast was very expensive and we did not take it. check-in staff was a bit dry, correct but not very nice. check out (reception on the 5th floor) was much nicer. transport service to the airport is very expensive, better record. There is nothing around to eat or buy water or anything
